LOCKDOWN 4.0!!!     GUIDELINES BY GOVERNMENT The new guidelines are based on suggestions given by the state’s chief ministers to Prime Minister Modi during a discussion held in the last week. The center has announced on the last Sunday that the ongoing lockdown is extended nationwide till May31. The fourth phase of the lockdown will commence from May18. As our Prime Minister Modi has told us earlier while addressing the nation that the lockdown4.0 is quite different from the earlier lockdowns. In this lockdown i.e. Lockdown 4.0, the government has allowed considerable relaxations in this round of lockdown inter-state movement of vehicles, buses have been allowed with states and union territories being given the final power to delineate Red, Orange, Green zones.
